At Lumiahealth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
